Where we ship
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 9-15 business days depending on your location, as shown on the estimated delivery date at checkout and on the product page. All orders include tracked shipping so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping rates
- Dominican Republic: $4.00 USD standard shipping. Free shipping on orders of $80.00 USD or more.
- All other destinations listed above: $4.00 USD flat-rate international shipping.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress to your door.
Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, weather, or high shipping volume beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if your order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated delivery window.
